Lifeguard Team Leader

Following on from the expansion and exciting re-design of our Leisure Facilities, including our Swimming Pool and brand-new Sports Centre, an exciting opportunity has arisen to join Kimbolton School as a full-time Lifeguard Team Leader. As a Lifeguard Team Leader, the successful applicant will be responsible for ensuring the safety of all pool users and should demonstrate a passion for working in Leisure. Successful applicants, if not already qualified, will be trained to deliver and teach Swimming Lessons to children of all ages. The successful candidate will assist in the management and operation of the day-to-day running of Kimbolton School Swimming Pool and Sports Facilities. They will assist the Sports Facilities Managers in the development and promotion of all activities and work an average of 37.5 hours a week on a weekly Monday – Sunday rota. It is essential that the successful candidate hold a current National Pool Lifeguard Qualification. Further details and application for this position can be found on our website.
