Lead Swimming Coach

North Norfolk Vikings Swimming Club wish to recruit a new lead coach to build on the foundations of a successful club. The ideal candidate will continue to guide and grow a year-round age group aquatics program as well as promote positive enthusiasm around the sport of swimming for all levels of development. The candidate will foster positive relationships and communicate well with their coaching staff, swim team members, parents and the committee. The successful candidate will be based at the Victory Pool in North Walsham. Ideally they should be qualified at Swim England's Level 2 and would be looking towards achieving level 3. He/she will be self employed on an hourly rate of pay which can be negotiated. The appointment will be subject to an enhanced DBS check.
