Level 2 Swim Instructor

We are currently seeking passionate and experienced Swimming Instructors to join our team. The ideal candidate will hold an ASA Level 2 and Level 1 teaching certification (or equivalent) and have a genuine love for teaching and swimming. As part of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering our high-quality, safe, and enjoyable swimming lessons, fostering a love for the water and confidence in young hearts. Job Responsibilities: Plan, deliver, and evaluate high-quality swimming lessons Nurture a positive learning environment Monitor and report on swimmer progress Complete lesson admin before (registers) and after lessons (skills attempted/mastered, badges earned etc.) Demonstrate the 4 main strokes with confidence Weekday and Weekend availability is required Qualifications: Swim England (ASA) Level 2 certificate in teaching swimming OR equivalent STA Level 2 certificate in teaching swimming STA Safety Award for Teachers or another equivalent life-saving certification preferred Previous experience in a similar role is preferred DBS Enhanced Discolsure What We Offer: Full and Part Time positions Flexible working hours (up to 48 hours a week) A rewarding career in a growing company Comprehensive training and support If you are enthusiastic, dedicated, and seeking a fulfilling role where you can make a real difference, Dive Into Swimming could be the perfect match.
